Blue Heart Campaign took place on the occasion of 30 July - International Day against Trafficking in Human Beings.

For another year and in implementation of the program intentions of the LCFTHB - Varna for activities on prevention of trafficking in human beings for 2022 section II "Prevention", on 29.07.2022 from 17:00 to 18:00 in the area of the Festival Complex (Anton Novak Square) a campaign "Blue Heart" was held on the occasion of 30 July - International Day for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings. The campaign was organized by the Municipality of Varna, the Prevention Directorate, the Local Commission for Combating Human Trafficking - Varna, and the National Commission for Combating Human Trafficking.

The main objective of the campaign was to inform young people about the risks associated with the crime of human trafficking, to raise the sensitivity of society towards the victims of this crime, and to accumulate intolerance towards the perpetrators.

The target audience was citizens and visitors of Varna, with an emphasis on young people.

15 volunteers, wearing white T-shirts with the logo of the campaign, students from the City Prevention Club at the Directorate "Peventions", supporting the activities of the LCFTHB Varna, participated as ambassadors of the campaign. At 2 stands and through 3 mobile teams, the volunteers handed out prevention information materials and informed the citizens and guests of the city about the content and objectives of the campaign. As a sign of empathy, young people took pictures in "blue heart" frames.
