On the 15th June 2021, the Local Commission for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, Sliven took part in a labour exchange under the project "Ready for work", organized by the Directorate "Labour Office" - Sofia, Bulgaria. Sliven.
During the event, participants were familiar with the mechanisms for engaging in trafficking in human beings for labour exploitation and ways of preventing risky situations, given the opportunities to work abroad. Information was provided on possible reporting of the crime through the National Helpline for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings - 080020100.
All comers received specialized information materials with a focus on preventing trafficking in human beings for labour exploitation.
