
On 11.06.2021, the Regional History Museum in Blagoevgrad will host the Academy for Volunteers 2021, in which 35 students from high school classes of schools from the town of Blagoevgrad will participate. The 2021 Volunteer Academy is organized by the Local Commission for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings. It will be held by LCCTHB Blagoevgrad and the National Commission for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings in partnership with the Municipality of Blagoevgrad and the Regional History Museum – Blagoevgrad.
During the academy, young people will gain knowledge of how to prevent risky situations, as well as skills for implementing preventive programs on topics related to trafficking in human beings, develop their presentation skills, learn more about the elements and structure of the training process using the "peers train peers" method.
