The Local Commission for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings in Blagoevgrad is organising a discussion forum on „Trafficking in organs, body liquids, tissues and cells in the context of the new forms and types of human trafficking“.
The forum will be held on 3d of November 2016 and will be attended by representatives of relevant institutions, who will be able to discuss the current dimensions of this new type of human trafficking on a national and global level.
The conduction of the discussion forum and its implementation is a preventive and proactive measure that emphasizes on this „new“ type of human trafficking.
The aim of the forum is to raise awareness amongst the representatives of all institutions, to implement specific prevention measures, to create and develop expertise for identification, tracking and counteraction, as well as to raise awareness about this type of human trafficking amongst vulnerable social groups.
